5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You give us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Services to you.
6. Our intellectual property
The Tunugi name, owl logo, apps, games, artwork, code and content are owned by Tunugi or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them.
7. Virtual items in games
Virtual currency and items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold, to you.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available but may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes.
9. Liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Tunugi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
