About the role
We build products we're proud of. Now we need someone to help more people find them, and to make our players and users feel heard.
You will own growth experiments across app stores, social channels and partnerships, and look after our communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit and social media.
This role suits someone who enjoys both the numbers and the people: you might run an A/B test in the morning and answer players in the afternoon.
What you'll do
- Plan and run growth experiments across app store optimisation, paid and organic channels
- Build and moderate our player and user communities
- Create short-form content, launch posts and update notes with the product team
- Collect community feedback and share it with design and engineering
- Track acquisition, retention and conversion, and report what you learn
- Manage creator and partner collaborations
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in growth, performance or community marketing for apps or games
- Hands-on experience with app store optimisation and mobile analytics tools
- A track record of growing an online community
- Excellent written English with a friendly, honest tone
- Comfort with data: spreadsheets, dashboards and simple experiment design
- Nice to have: video editing skills, or experience with game launches
