About the role
Our slogan is "Wise by design", and this role is where it becomes real. You will design products that help people sleep better, build habits, stay focused and manage money, without noise or guilt.
You will own the end-to-end experience: research, flows, interface and motion. You will also help grow a shared design system used across all our apps.
You will work in a small cross-functional team, so you will see your work shipped and measured, not left in a file.
What you'll do
- Own user flows and interfaces for one or more of our apps, from discovery to shipped feature
- Run lightweight research: interviews, usability tests and reviews of feedback and data
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
- Grow and maintain our cross-app design system and component library
- Design for accessibility, dark mode and many screen sizes
- Work closely with engineers during build and review quality before release
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience on mobile or web products
- A portfolio with case studies that show your process, not just final screens
- Expert use of Figma (components, variables, prototyping)
- Strong grasp of iOS and Android interface conventions
- Good visual craft: typography, layout, colour and motion
- Nice to have: health or wellbeing product experience, illustration or motion design skills
